Last weekend my mother-in-law hosted a baby shower for Brandon's sister Ashley. Unfortunately since it was in Pittsburgh I was not able to attend, but that didn't stop me from getting excited about it.
Cindi, Brandon's mom, is a fabulous event planner with superb taste. She puts an amazing amount of thought and care into every detail and aspect (it's probably where Brandon got
his design skills from) that the results look like something from a Martha Stewart magazine.
The light blue tubes in the photo above are Christmas crackers she ordered from
Souvenir Suitcase. The woman who makes these is based out of Oregon, but has an online shop where she sells different themed Christmas crackers and can ship anywhere - such a cute idea!
Cindi also put together this nest of eggs for the guests to write a little wish for Ashley and Jared's baby - so sweet!
The shower turned out beautiful - I hope she turns this into a part-time business.
