His 'N' Hers

On me: jacket - Topshop, purse, shoes, belt and top - thrifted, jeans -  Uniqlo
On Brandon: shirt & socks - Topshop, jeans - Levi's, shoes - Vans
This past weekend while we were driving around Nevada, Brandon told me that he never cared for the band Pulp, but really enjoys the fact that I listen to and love them. I'm not sure what that means but it's true, I have been listening to His 'N' Hers and This is Hardcore a lot lately, and have fallen back in love.

In other British news, Brandon and I went to Las Vegas this weekend (more on that later) and shopped till we dropped at TOPSHOP!!!

To tell you the truth, I was a little underwhelmed in the women's section. Lots of cute cuts and inspiration, but overall the clothes looked the same as Forever 21 with a much heftier price tag and the same dismal quality. I was however, very impressed by the men's selection over at Topman. As I had talked about in an earlier post, it can be difficult to find nice clothes for skinny guys, but now I feel the tables are turning. It seems like there's more and more of a great selection for men while the women's market is over-saturated and doesn't feel as much of a score as it used to. It's the good and bad of affordable stylish clothing stores.

While the shirt on Brandon in the photo above seems like just any old red striped shirt, it does fit nicely and he bought this lovely blazer, which is great for summer weddings. Hopefully more pics of Brandon in his Topman ensembles soon!

  1. LOVE the blazer look on gals! I personally think Kristen Wiig in Bridesmaids was the catalyst who popularized the blazers-over-blouses & dresses look that ladies are loving lately
