This past week I was in Utah again for work, and as always I try to find something to do after-hours to make the most of it. This time it was at the
Homestead Crater.
A few months ago when
Brandon had accompanied me to Utah I had read about this place, but since it was in Sundance territory, there was no way we were getting near it. This time around I stayed at the
Zermatt Resort, which is a Swiss-themed hotel and adjacent to this crater - I couldn't pass it up.

The crater has a geothermal hot springs inside that's 65 feet deep. They offer swimming, scuba diving and paddleboard yoga. I went for the swimming and had to wear a life jacket. I tried not to think about how deep the water was. It just seemed like an abyss and gave me the same feeling as the fear of heights.

The buoys in the water indicate each scuba diver that's under water. I wish I was able to take photos in the hot springs. The scuba divers looked like mermaids.
When I got out of the crater the clouds were starting to clear. Perfect way to wrap up my time in Utah.
